Russian SKS Izhevsk Rifles
Russian made Izhevsk SKS rifles produced in 1954. SKS-45 stands for: Samozaryadny Karabin sistemy Simonova, 1945 (Self-loading Carbine of the Simonov system, 1945)
The SKS rifles were manufactured mostly at the Tula Arsenal from 1945 to 1958, and at the Izhevsk Arsenal from 1953 to 1954, resulting in a total Soviet production of about 2.7 million carbines, and making the Izhevsk made SKS rifles very rare. These Russian SKS Izhevsk rifles are with a beautiful wood finish and they DO NOT come with the bayonet unfortunately.
